7.) I Fell Off the Face of the Planet, which is Weird Because It’s Round…
…so where the fuck did I go?
This story was published elsewhere on the internets in July of 2022.
No, I did not fall off the face of the planet because it’s SPHERICAL but there was some falling involved. Not long after I made the lean-to, which is still standing I might add, a health issue started.
What started out as a normal cycle for me took a wild turn and things got scary. There was an ambulance involved, pantsless Emergency Room visits, literally falling down at a check-in desk…
Needless to say, not much has been accomplished since the lean-to was built, the rains and the heat came and the world of my backyard overgrew. Everything stagnated as far as building went. I didn’t have the energy to make it up the steps most days let alone build some.
I did want to pop in here and at least mention that hopefully, when this whole <gestures at self> *thing* is handled, the building will resume. I did figure out where I am going to put the materials…. right in the middle of the fucking front yard. Suck it, neighbors.
